Registration Guidelines

I. Passport Requirements

  1. Valid Passport Original must be provided:

    • For U.S. programs: Passport expiry date must be at least 6 months after the scheduled departure from the United States.

    • Applicants with passports expiring within 6 months of travel are ineligible.

  2. Passport Application Instructions:

    • Students/parents without a passport must apply at their local Entry-Exit Administration Bureau (household registration jurisdiction).

    • Processing time: Approximately 15 business days.

II. Registration & Payment Methods

  1. In-Person Registration:

    • Visit the NCES National Office for on-site registration and payment.

  2. Online Registration:

    • Complete the application form on our official platform.

    • Submit payment via bank transfer to the NCES designated account (account details provided upon registration).
