Registration Guidelines
I. Passport Requirements
Valid Passport Original must be provided:
For U.S. programs: Passport expiry date must be at least 6 months after the scheduled departure from the United States.
Applicants with passports expiring within 6 months of travel are ineligible.
Passport Application Instructions:
Students/parents without a passport must apply at their local Entry-Exit Administration Bureau (household registration jurisdiction).
Processing time: Approximately 15 business days.
II. Registration & Payment Methods
In-Person Registration:
Visit the NCES National Office for on-site registration and payment.
Online Registration:
Complete the application form on our official platform.
Submit payment via bank transfer to the NCES designated account (account details provided upon registration).
